STEADY COURSE FOR EIDESVIK OFFSHORE
Operating profit before depreciation (EBITDA) for Q4 2012 was MNOK 121,9 compared to MNOK 125,4 for the same period last year. Operating income was MNOK 223,7 compared to MNOK 244,3 for the same period last year. Profit for the quarter was MNOK 38,5 compared to MNOK -5,1 for the same period last year.

Viking Energy extension with Statoil
Statoil Petroleum AS has awarded Eidesvik Offshore ASA with a 2 years extension for the LNG fuelled Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) Viking Energy. The contract has further 2x2 years options for extension.

5 year charter agreement with Subsea 7
Subsea 7, a global leader in seabed-to-surface engineering, construction and services contractor to the energy industry, has today declared its option for 2 years extension, starting from 1st of January 2013, and in addition agreed to extend the contract for the subsea vessel "Subsea Viking" further with 3 years firm in direct continuation of existing contract. In addition Subsea 7 has an option forfurther one 2 years extension of the contract.
